Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Property Management Director to join our team at Fairfield Residential. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our multifamily properties in the Georgia Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of property managers and staff to achieve business objectives and goals.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve property performance and resident satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage property budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
    • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
    • Make recommendations to improve financial performance and reduce expenses.
  • Marketing and Leasing
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase property visibility and drive leasing activity.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze leasing activity to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with property operations.
    • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property management, with a focus on leadership and financial management.
    • Proven track record of success in improving property performance and resident satisfaction.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
