**Job Summary**

Expeditors International is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Import Transportation department. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues
  • Prepare, handle, and process documentation, including commercial documents and customs/regulatory documents
  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into our operating system
  • Dispatch freight and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor reports and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Contribute to maintaining strong service provider relationships and meet key performance indicators to support department and company goals

**Requirements:**

  • Effective interpersonal skills, including strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including data entry, email, and Microsoft Office
  • Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics and a willingness to learn and grow with our company
