Key Responsibilities- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to schedule appointments with clients and patients.
- Follow up with patients to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, including appointment schedules and patient communication.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth scheduling process, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, with a strong background in healthcare industry experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Onsite work, located in La Mesa, San Diego, CA.
- 6-9 month contract role, with opportunities for growth and development.
- Competitive hourly rate, $22.00-$23.00 per hour DOE.
