Position Overview

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) plays a pivotal role in the success of our global operations.

The strategic influence of this position is substantial and necessitates innovation to ensure our IT technology roadmap is future-ready, scalable, and supportive of transformative initiatives.

This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President and CIO, overseeing all operational functions, including Manufacturing for the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities


The primary objective of this role is to create significant value by developing and executing our IT strategy for the organization.

Our strategy emphasizes alignment with business partnerships, operational excellence, technology vision, and organizational growth. Focus areas and priorities are consistently aligned with business needs and incorporate industry trends to maximize value delivery.

  • Ensures robust alignment with business units on IT strategies and 3-5 year plans, serving as a collaborative technology advisor.
  • Facilitates the delivery of top-tier execution within our manufacturing division.
  • Identifies, monitors, and evaluates SLAs, KPIs, and metrics with a commitment to continuous enhancement.
  • Champions digital transformation to foster a highly efficient workforce through self-service capabilities and the application of AI/ML for operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Cultivates a growth-oriented mindset within the organization and invests in leadership development, including mentoring IT leadership team members.
  • Develops a skilled, adaptable talent pool and shapes agile IT operational and delivery frameworks.
  • Fosters empowered teams and nurtures a collaborative and inclusive environment for all employees to thrive.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

  • A seasoned IT leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience managing an IT function within a global semiconductor organization generating over $2 billion in annual revenue, demonstrating a proven history of high performance.
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions and divestitures in a publicly traded company is highly desirable.
