Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Systems and Applications, this role serves as an individual contributor and subject matter expert in revenue-related systems, applications, and processes.

This position calls for a highly driven and seasoned accounting professional with a proven history in global revenue operations.

In this capacity, you will:

  • Support the global revenue operations team.
  • Collaborate with various business functions on projects.
  • Lead corporate initiatives aimed at process enhancement.
  • Facilitate transformational projects to achieve exemplary results.

This role encompasses a variety of projects and opportunities to refine our accounting processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

The individual in this position will closely collaborate with the Revenue Accounting and Reporting teams, as well as the Rebates and Claims teams and IT departments.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and revenue roles within high-tech or comparable industries.
- Familiarity with revenue and contra revenue transactions involving distributors and OEM customers in the semiconductor sector is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong analytical mindset are essential.
- Experience with Model N, SAP, and Oracle Cloud environments is a plus, including prior implementation experience with such systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is necessary; CPA or MBA credentials are preferred.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and adhere to high-quality standards in a fast-paced, evolving environment is crucial.
- Previous experience in overseeing technology implementations and executing process improvements within an organization is beneficial.
