Overview

Western Digital is seeking an experienced Enterprise CRM+ERM Architect to lead the strategy, planning, and design of an end-state blueprint for CRM + ERP system architecture. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of simplifying complex technical landscapes, modernizing the technical stack, and integrating scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM+ERM strategy to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end technology solutions that meet business and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with business and technical leaders to secure broad commitment to adopting the to-be end-state blueprint.
  • Break down siloed thinking and optimize global, cross-functional, company-wide solutions.
  • Design and chair architectural review milestones within the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain architectural frameworks, standards, and methods.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field.
  • 15+ years of experience in simplifying CRM + ERP + boundary system landscapes, preferably with Salesforce and Oracle Cloud ERP experience.
  • 15+ years of experience with end-to-end business processes, spanning engage market & customer, lead-to-order, order-to-cash, offer-to-plan, plan-to-fulfill, record-to-report, source-to-pay, and contact-to-resolution.
  • 10+ years of experience using visual artifacts to document and convey the intent of an enterprise architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, governance, and change management within complex ERP landscapes.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP migration projects.
  • Ability to navigate uncertainty and drive outcomes in fluid situations.
  • Demonstrated ability in information security, data management, and regulatory compliance.
  • 10+ years of experience with cloud-hosted applications, on-premises, and knowledge of the pros/cons between them.
