Position Title: Senior Operations Leader

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities: The Senior Operations Leader is responsible for managing all operational activities at the Wireless and EMC Lab. This position requires the implementation of effective processes and best practices throughout the organization, including the development of strategies, performance enhancement, procurement management, and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless technology, IoT, electronics products, and testing requirements. Expertise in profit and loss management is essential.

Specific Duties:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations for compliant testing services
  • Manage relationships with Global Key Accounts while working closely with international affiliates
  • Apply sound business management principles to improve organizational workflows
  • Supervise engineers, technicians, account managers, and customer service personnel
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines, provide cost assessments, and implement fiscal management protocols
  • Secure necessary site accreditations and acquire testing equipment
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and team on strategic sales initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience of over 10 years
  • An MBA is preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of Wireless and Electronics Products along with regulatory expertise
  • Prior experience in sales is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel internationally is required
  • Approximately 20% travel expected
  • This position is based on-site

Compensation Range: $175,000 - $190,000 annually
