Software Sales Representative Job Description

Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Software / SaaS Sales Representative to join our team at Jobot.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading company in the technology industry, specializing in enterprise software and automated solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution oriented sales and be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid change environment.

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth.
  • Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts.
  • Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling.
  • Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal SFA system.
  • Generate leads from tradeshows and regional networking events.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, creating and driving revenue, generating business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling, driving brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation, meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas, owning the sales cycle, maintaining account and opportunity forecasting, generating leads from tradeshows and regional networking events, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications include a minimum of 3+ years of software or SaaS solution oriented sales, a proven track record of sales excellence, the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid change environment, superior professional presence and business acumen, experience selling at the "C" level, experience with enterprise software and automated solutions, a proven track record of exceeding software sales revenue targets, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, high energy, self-motivation, and persistence, goal-oriented and committed to the challenge of target achievement, exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, and the ability to travel as needed.
