About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at MRI Software. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map, document, and continually improve sales processes to facilitate sales performance and predictability.
  • Provide support and guidance on Salesforce and other critical tools and applications to enable the sales team.
  • Oversee reporting tools and manage ad-hoc reporting requests for the sales and marketing departments to analyze and monitor their performance.
  • Provide report design and development to provide sales performance analysis and insights to sales management, sales reps, and other departments.
  • Manage development of internal audits and controls to ensure the integrity of business processes.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments by understanding the sales model and ensuring the integrity of information available through various systems and reporting structures.
  • Provide cross-functional support and assist sales management on projects as needed.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive sales performance.
  • Define, track, and report on key sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and sales rep productivity.
  • Support sales forecasting and planning processes by providing accurate and timely data analysis and insights.
  • Optimize the CRM system by driving data integrity, leading user training, and system customization to support sales operations.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement sales enablement initiatives, including training programs, tools, and resources to support sales effectiveness.
  • Document sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency, compliance, and knowledge sharing across the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product management, to drive alignment and support sales initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance sales operations efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and streamline sales processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Requirements
  • Proficient knowledge of sales processes, terminology, methodology, forecasting, and CRM.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Proficient knowledge of Power BI.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products with extensive Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or real estate industry a plus.
