Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing corporate partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and manage business development revenue and expense budgets, timelines, and sponsorship plans.
- Identify and secure national partnerships through collaboration with national shared services and Territory Business Development Directors.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7-8 years of business development or related experience.
- Strong project management, process management, and event management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Persuasive communication skills.
Local travel up to 30% may be required. Some nights and weekends may be necessary.
