Business Development Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing corporate partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage business development revenue and expense budgets, timelines, and sponsorship plans.
  • Identify and secure national partnerships through collaboration with national shared services and Territory Business Development Directors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7-8 years of business development or related experience.
  • Strong project management, process management, and event management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
  • Persuasive communication skills.
Work Environment:

Local travel up to 30% may be required. Some nights and weekends may be necessary.
