Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at RMV Construction Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of the construction procurement process and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
