We are currently in search of a highly skilled and motivated Senior Roadway Engineer to enhance our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the design and development of intricate roadway, highway, and interchange projects.
- Formulate and execute engineering solutions that fulfill client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other professionals, to ensure timely and budget-compliant project milestones.
- Employ advanced engineering software such as Microstation and AutoCAD to produce detailed design drawings and specifications.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to comprehend their needs and objectives, providing expert guidance on engineering matters.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to validate the accuracy of design plans and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in roadway engineering, implementing best practices in project execution.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in roadway engineering, particularly in highway and interchange projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as Microstation and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with ODOT standards and guidelines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing innovative engineering solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
