Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. (MSG). As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multi-discipline team of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, and technicians in the design and construction of various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of design and construction activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement efficient project management strategies to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with planners, architects, and engineers to provide dynamic design solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate with review agencies, addressing comments and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in design and plan preparation, with at least 4 years of site development projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, preferably with a Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect license.
  • Experience with industry design standards, guidelines, and specifications, including City of Columbus and surrounding counties, ODOT, and others.
  • Proficiency in AutoCad/Civil 3D grading and independent preparation of Hydraulic/Hydrologic reports, Roadway design, and survey experience.
