Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Engineer to contribute to our Civil Site Group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally within a dynamic team. This role requires adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, collaborating closely with Project Managers and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional design solutions for various Civil/Site Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive site layouts
  • Conduct grading and drainage design
  • Manage permitting processes for both commercial and residential projects
  • Design roadways and utility systems
  • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience, particularly in Site Development
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
