Executive Sales Manager

Bosch Service Solutions, a leading global supplier of Business Process Outsourcing, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Sales Manager to cultivate new clients and drive company growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership experience, be able to share the company value proposition, and negotiate complex deals. Proven executive-level skills in deal strategy, development, financial structuring, and negotiations are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Pro-actively conducting research on potential clients and industry marketing opportunities
- Contract negotiation
- Providing feedback on marketing activities
- Sharing and understanding high growth objectives
- Demonstrating ability to develop new business relationships
- Exhibiting good business judgement and acumen
- Requiring ability to work with multiple business units
- Maintaining a high level of comfortability presenting to large audiences
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's level degree in business or a related field, and minimum 5-7 years of executive-level sales experience. Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook Email, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
