Position Summary

  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Conduct cash transactions and keep precise financial records
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide comprehensive information about hotel services
  • Utilize PBX systems to assist guests with their requests
  • Exhibit a friendly attitude and maintain exceptional customer service standards

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience necessary
  • Familiarity with cash handling and computerized systems
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and resolve customer service challenges effectively

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods
  • Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Excellent mobility to assist guests throughout the establishment
