About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a Strategic Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans that align with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Provide project management guidance and support to project team members.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic initiatives and operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
