Key Responsibilities- Translate program goals into project plans and manage project execution to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- 4+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on strategic program management.
- Experience with planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering IT projects, including experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with developing program baselines and identifying program risks, including experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of technical concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions, including experience with IT service management and IT governance.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, and lead a team of project managers and technical staff.
- Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams, including experience with conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a higher level of clearance as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
- Experience with performance management improvement in support of IT governance, including experience with IT service management and IT governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance management to ensure that projects support appropriate risk standards and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of vendor management to ensure that vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements are aligned.
- SAFe Program Consultant Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Scrum Master Certification, Agile Practitioner Certification, Agile Project Delivery Management (APM) Certification, or Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification.
