The Account Executive role offers an exciting opportunity for sales professionals seeking unlimited growth and uncapped commissions. With a healthy base salary of $45-50k, plus monthly allowances, you can earn up to $80-85k in the first year and $85-120k in the second year, with realistic prospects for reaching six-figure income within 12 to 18 months.
We're looking for a competitive and motivated individual with a passion for new business development, who thrives in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment. As a Sales Growth Professional, you will leverage our partner's product and service offerings to present innovative solutions to CEOs, CFOs, and VP level individuals in the small-to-medium (SMB) market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting and educating clients through our web-based platform
- Streamlining in and outbound processes, providing customized solutions
- Leading presentations with executives/owners of businesses
- Partnering with operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction
- Solution selling; effectively presenting solutions through cost-benefit analysis
- Building a pipeline of new opportunities and engaging prospects at the C-Suite level
- Presenting a streamlined technology solution, developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas and lanes
- Coordinating and managing all aspects of the proposal process
- Closing, activating, and training decision makers on our exclusive shipping platform
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter with strong organization and presentation skills, comfortable in a results-oriented environment. You should also possess a growth and abundance mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to think strategically about client long-term business strategy.
