About the Role

Sonova AG is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in qualifying new customer leads and facilitating appointments for high-potential accounts. You will be responsible for owning the process to increase share of wallet within existing accounts, primarily through remote means via the use of technology such as telephone, VS, and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships and rapport with existing customers within the territory
  • Identify, prioritize, and contact new account leads
  • Collaborate closely with assigned field sales reps or key account managers
  • Manage customer communications in coordination with the field team
  • Schedule meetings for field sales reps in the region
  • Solve Sonova's customers' largest challenges with a 'concierge-like' approach
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure high-quality customer service is being met
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Service, Medical Device preferred
  • Proven ability to solve problems on the fly, proactively and independently
  • Strong ability to manage a wide range of tasks in an efficient and organized manner
  • Adherence to moral and ethical principles in the conduct of own work and in the relationships with others

  • Competitive salary range: $49,000-$75,000
