- Manage collections for a designated customer portfolio, ensuring effective communication through both written and verbal channels.
- Facilitate the generation and maintenance of manual invoices and credit memos within the SAP ECC/LN system.
- Handle credit reference requests, both incoming and outgoing, efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of paper invoices to customers.
- Oversee and maintain the accounts receivable email inbox.
- Administer electronic invoice submissions through customer portals.
