About the Role

Sonova AG is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for qualifying new customer leads, facilitating appointments for high-potential accounts, and owning the process to increase share of wallet within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers within your territory
  • Identify, prioritize, and contact new account leads
  • Collaborate closely with assigned field sales reps or key account managers
  • Manage customer communications in coordination with the field team
  • Schedule meetings for field sales reps in your region
  • Solve customers' largest challenges with a 'concierge-like' approach
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure high-quality customer service is being met
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Service, Medical Device preferred
  • Proven ability to solve problems on the fly, proactively and independently
  • Strong ability to manage a wide range of tasks in an efficient and organized manner
  • Adherence to moral and ethical principles in the conduct of your work and in relationships with others
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $49,000-$75,000
  • Eligible for commission
