About the Role:
Hollywood Casino Aurora is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clandestine Surveillance Specialist to join our team. As a Surveillance Agent, you will be responsible for conducting covert surveillance throughout the casino property to protect company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor casino guests and team members to ensure the integrity of our operations
- Utilize advanced software to generate reports and track activity
- Observe and record table games and electronic gaming devices to prevent cheating and ensure fair play
- Monitor count room activities to prevent theft and ensure accurate accounting
- Review and report recorded incidents to management
- Identify and report any violations of company policy or internal controls
- Participate in regular testing and performance evaluations
- Take photographs to document incidents and events
- Stay up-to-date on Illinois Gaming Board regulations and company internal controls
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience related to the position
