About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Practice Services Specialist to join our team at Sonova USA, Inc. As a key member of our sales and growth team, you will be responsible for driving sales, demand, and growth from our identified VAS accounts, primarily via remote means.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome new members to our program and ensure they receive the necessary information and support.
  • Schedule regular dashboard reviews with new customers to discuss their progress and goals.
  • Manage monthly supply reviews to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products.
  • Book services and appointments with our customers to meet their needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify marketing and business service opportunities and communicate them to our internal and external support staff.
  • Make outbound calls to our customers to promote new programs and benefits, and to ensure they are aware of our latest offerings.
  • Maintain strong relationships and rapport with our existing and new customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
  • Comply with all internal policies and procedures for documenting customer interactions in our Salesforce.com and SAP systems.
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and requirements.
  • Coordinate and deploy Sonova resources to accounts as needed, such as remote training and field sales.
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure high-quality customer service is being met.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed. You should have:

  • 3-5 years of proven success in a customer service role.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit with an obsession for providing superior customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen ability to understand causes instead of just the effects.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Analytical and solutions-focused.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage a wide range of tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce.com application.
  • Strong MS office skills.
