Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant/Office Administrator to join our team at The Phoenix Philanthropy Group. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our President and other members of the leadership team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support, managing office supplies and equipment, and implementing and improving office processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

As an Executive Assistant, you will assist in the planning and execution of projects, events, and meetings, including logistics, budgeting, and post-event evaluation. You will also foster a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration. In addition, you will maintain and organize files and databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and accessibility of information.

This is a remote position, but occasional in-person visits to the office will be required. As an independent contractor (1099 employee), you can expect to work 30-40 hours per week. The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
