Job Description

As a Medical Front Office Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in our team's success. Key responsibilities include:

  • General Office Responsibilities:
  • Executing daily opening and closing procedures, collecting and entering patient registration paperwork, scheduling patients, handling phone calls and voice messages, cash handling, product sales, and product inventory management.
  • Performing insurance verification and preauthorization.
  • Managing provider schedules to improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining an optimal patient experience.
  • Answering inbound calls from potential patients inquiring about our program or requesting an initial consultation.
  • Managing the Internet Lead System, including inbound and outbound support, call tracking, and patient scheduling.
  • Presenting the company's services and promoting value plans through individual consultations.
  • Ensuring the upkeep of company policies and standards regarding clinic operations and cleanliness.
  • Conducting follow-up calls to patients to discuss their progress and address any missed appointments.

Office Coordinator Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working in a medical, dental, physical therapy, chiropractic, or similar office.
  • Medical Assistant or Nutrition counselor experience is a plus.
  • The ability to work on Saturdays from 7 am to 1 pm.

Salary

We offer a competitive starting salary of $20 per hour.
