**Restaurant Operations Manager**, **General Manager Assistant**, **Restaurant Supervisor**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pink Taco. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide coaching, development, and leadership to our team members, ensuring that they have the tools and support they need to succeed.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that our guests receive outstanding service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations and Logistics: Oversee the management of our restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory, and supplies.
- Financial Management: Manage our restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and that we are taking steps to mitigate any potential risks.
- Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of three to five years of experience in a restaurant management role is also required.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and vendors. Strong financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Physical Demands: The ability to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and lift up to 50 pounds. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
