Restaurant Operations Manager

B Hospitality Corp is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our team in Miami Beach, FL.
About the Role:
- Lead the Food and Beverage Department to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.
- Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and address any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and its services.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in leading a team and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
