Hospitality Front Office Agent

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group. As a front desk agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:- Register and check-out guests efficiently, handling all aspects of front desk operations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Upsell room upgrades, food and beverage packages, and hotel promotions to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including guest history and preferences.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a front office role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PMS software.
- Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
- Competitive salary: $21-$22 per hour (DOE) plus 10% upsell incentive.

- Paid sick leave: One hour of sick pay for every 30 hours worked, up to 72 hours carryover into the following year.
