About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group. As a front desk agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and check-out guests efficiently, handling all aspects of front desk operations.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Upsell room upgrades, food and beverage packages, and hotel promotions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including guest history and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a front office role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in PMS software.
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $21-$22 per hour (DOE) plus 10% upsell incentive.
  • Medical, vision, and dental benefits for full-time employees.
  • Paid time off: Up to 88 hours per year for the first year through completion of the fourth year of employment.
  • Paid sick leave: One hour of sick pay for every 30 hours worked, up to 72 hours carryover into the following year.
