Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Support daily administrative tasks across the site, ensuring seamless operations and consistently delivering excellent service to customers.
  • Maintain the front office area, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing office supplies.
Key Functions
  • Provide outstanding customer service, welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the reception area is well-stocked and tidy at all times.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Basic data entry and calendar management skills.
