Front Office Coordinator

TEKsystems is a leading technology company seeking a skilled Corporate Receptionist to support its operational excellence.
We are looking for a motivated professional who can impact our business by providing exceptional administrative support and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services that exceed customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Support daily administrative tasks across the site, ensuring seamless operations and consistently delivering excellent service to customers.
- Maintain the front office area, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing office supplies.
- Provide outstanding customer service, welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person or office.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the reception area is well-stocked and tidy at all times.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Basic data entry and calendar management skills.
