Overview

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $76,000. In addition to your base compensation, you may also be eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off and education assistance.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising employees, managing departmental expenses, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the hotel management team to implement strategies that improve guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience in guest services or a related field. Alternatively, a 2-year degree in hotel management or a related field and 2 years of experience may be sufficient. Key skills include strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
