Business Development Manager - Restoration Industry

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established commercial restoration company as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on the restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Manage and maintain a book of business, with a focus on generating $1,000,000 in annual revenue

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of sales and business development experience, with a focus on the restoration industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred
  • Xactimate, DASH, and MICA experience preferred
  • IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
  • Commercial and residential restoration construction experience
  • Background in reconstruction and mitigation
  • Highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
