Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to enhance our team at ResourceMFG. This role is essential in delivering outstanding service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders and relay pertinent information to third-party logistics providers.
  • Engage with customers regarding order updates, shipping schedules, pricing, product availability, and back orders.
  • Collect and verify all necessary specifications for order processing to ensure accurate delivery as per customer requests.
  • Address product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and providing effective solutions.
  • Handle incoming communications from customers through various channels, ensuring respectful and professional interactions.
  • Identify the root causes of service complaints, propose optimal solutions, and follow up to confirm resolution.
  • Analyze sales data and client account details to improve service delivery for specific clients, sharing insights with sales teams.
  • Ensure timely transfer and delivery of products to designated locations as requested.
  • Monitor inventory levels to confirm availability of items for shipment and identify slow-moving products.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and reports promptly.
  • Communicate and collaborate with supervisors as needed.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Keep management informed about the status of inventory and report any discrepancies.
  • Participate in all required training sessions and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Consistent professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with a preference for candidates with SAP experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a warehouse or similar role.
  • Dependable, alert, and safety-conscious.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent attendance and safety record.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role.
