LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a proactive and skilled individual to fill the role of Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations. This position entails comprehensive oversight of the revenue cycle, ensuring optimal billing processes and maximizing financial returns for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the complete revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable management.
- Formulate and execute policies and procedures aimed at enhancing revenue cycle efficiency.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to pinpoint areas needing improvement and develop strategies to boost revenue.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including billing teams and financial analysts, to guarantee accurate and prompt billing and collections.
- Remain informed about healthcare regulations and industry developments to ensure compliance and leverage revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, healthcare administration, business, or a related field is required; a master's degree (MBA) is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare sector.
- In-depth understanding of medical billing procedures, coding systems, and insurance regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Proven track record in data analysis, trend identification, and process enhancement.
- Familiarity with revenue cycle management software is preferred.
This job description is a representative example of the types of positions we typically fill for our clients. Salary estimates range from $150,000 to $170,000, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and accident insurance, short and long-term disability plans, retirement plans with company matching, paid vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
