Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive market growth strategy in collaboration with our Managing Partner.
- Lead and facilitate regular market growth meetings with key industry and service line leaders to coordinate growth efforts and strategic pursuits.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities at targeted prospects and select existing clients.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key executive buyers, understanding their critical business issues and strategic goals.
- Provide leadership on strategic pursuits, including pre-pursuit research, targeting, and developing pursuit plans.
- Coordinate with subject matter professionals, lead internal prep and strategy meetings, and participate in scoping and relationships development meetings.
- Develop proposal strategies, win themes, and key messages/differentiators as part of the pursuit approach.
- Participate in oral presentations and follow-up meetings, and provide negotiation/pricing strategy leadership.
- Collaborate with firm-wide teams to drive collaboration and cross-serve opportunities with clients.
- 10+ years of experience in professional services sales and/or relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Subject matter knowledge and understanding of industries including commercial products, technology & services, private equity, and construction & real estate.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- 15+ years of experience working in the public accounting and consulting industry.
- Experience operating in a business development and relationship development capacity at a Top 10 public accounting and consulting firm.
- Proven experience leading and facilitating teams through sales methodologies and processes, and representative experience meeting and exceeding annual business development goals.
