Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of hourly employees to ensure seamless execution of restaurant operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably with Denco Family
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
