The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact, handling administrative tasks, directing communication, and maintaining a professional front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Handle mail delivery and acceptance, ensuring timely distribution of office communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support additional administrative duties as needed by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with office equipment (e.g., multi-line phone systems, printers, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and a customer-oriented attitude.
Compensation:

Hourly pay: $18-20, based on experience.
