Job Opportunity

Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our Syracuse, NY branch office team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering and transferring phone calls in a professional manner and taking accurate messages.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including greeting guests, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and coordinating tasks under the direction of the home office.
  • Assist with mail and package distribution, filing, scanning, faxing, and stocking office supplies.
  • Collaborate with the home office to complete tasks, including time entry, conflict searches, and opening new files.
Requirements
  • Part-time position, Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (20 hours per week)
  • Must demonstrate enthusiasm for the role and possess excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of management, staff, clients, and guests.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and a team-player attitude.
Compensation

$18 - $25 per hour
