Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Director to join our team. As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth through conversion, penetration, and retention strategies with target health systems. You will work closely with sales leadership to meet or exceed organizational key performance indicators, including sales targets and quotas.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at health systems
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in the market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4-6 years of related experience required
  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
