Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Strategic Partnership Specialist to drive growth by nurturing and executing strategic partnerships with real estate owners and operators, maximizing revenue from existing collaborations.
Responsibilities- Planning, Sourcing & Onboarding New Channels: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, collaborate with the CBO to validate and prioritize initiatives, engage with potential partners, develop pitch decks, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing Existing Channels: Own team revenue targets, establish quarterly business reviews, track and improve partnership performance, ensure KPIs are met, build strong relationships with partners, oversee revenue share payments, identify and execute upsell opportunities, and provide partner and market feedback.
- 6+ years of business development experience with enterprise-level clients, preferably in SaaS, handling API integrations.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to model, create revenue forecasts, analyze data, and report on business metrics.
- 3+ years of experience building strong channel or partnership relationships, including managing high-profile cross-functional partnerships.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking mindset to uncover new ideas and revenue opportunities.
- Excellent Leadership and communication skills.
- Strong business research skills and the ability to work independently.
- Understanding of SaaS financial metrics and ability to clearly articulate the business value proposition of Obligo's products.
