Role OverviewAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by establishing and nurturing customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading sales and distribution efforts within your designated territory to meet annual objectives, including necessary merchandising.
- Promoting company initiatives to assigned business partners, focusing on new item distribution, executing pricing strategies, and managing inventory levels effectively.
- Utilizing data and insights to guide and facilitate informed discussions with business partners to achieve set goals.
- Overseeing a product contingency fund to ensure availability of products and funds for new distribution, promotions, and to address low stock situations.
- Managing administrative tasks related to the role, including point of sale materials.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that lead to successful business outcomes.
- Critical thinking abilities to navigate various selling scenarios and propose innovative solutions.
- Experience in developing financially sound and analytically driven sales strategies that yield results.
- A collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team and foster account relationships.
- Proficiency in various technological platforms, particularly CRM systems like Salesforce, and a willingness to learn new tools.
- A background in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or similar sales experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree and significant sales experience, coupled with a strong commitment to a dynamic learning environment.
