Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Sales Lot
    • Ensure the sales lot is free of debris and clutter
    • Maintain a clean and organized parking area, sales lot, and vehicle display
  • Oversee Vehicle Delivery Process
    • Manage the delivery board and gas slips
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to customers
  • Assist with Lot and Showroom Organization
    • Assist with new car check-ins and inspections
    • Assist with dealer trade-ins and vehicle inventory management
  • Perform Administrative Tasks
    • Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice
    • Catalog and store keys
    • Assign stock control numbers to cars
Requirements
  • Operational Skills
    • Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions
  • Personal Qualities
    • Enthusiastic and friendly
    • Minimum of 18 years old with a current, valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to bend, kneel, walk, or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather
