About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Fairwinds Spokane. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources to communicate the unique benefits of our retirement community and advance sales to move-in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect Engagement: Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects' needs, lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours, and inspect the building and model apartment(s) on a regular basis to maximize tour readiness.
  • Database Management: Utilize Sherpa to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database, perform follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, notes, etc.
  • Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community, including advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two years of previous experience in a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a base wage plus commission, with a commission plan based on revenue received for each move-in. We also offer a monthly or quarterly Bonus Plan, which can vary depending on occupancy.
