Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct all plumbing activities, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Lead a proficient team of plumbers, offering mentorship, training, and support.
  • Formulate and execute effective plumbing strategies aligned with company goals and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments and contractors to guarantee smooth project implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Manage financial resources, schedules, and materials to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Foster strong client relationships, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in the plumbing sector, particularly in the heavy mechanical trade.
  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within the plumbing industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding a team.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
  • Journeyman or Master Plumber license is preferred but not mandatory.
