Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop plumbing personnel, including hiring, performance evaluations, and work scheduling.

  • Facilitate inspections and manage the permitting process as required.
  • Assist in the collection of overdue accounts receivable.
  • Complete accident and property damage reports and investigate claims as necessary.
  • Ensure employees have the necessary tools and that they are well-maintained.
  • Evaluate fleet and equipment functionality and oversee preventive maintenance.
  • Assess staff training needs and provide on-the-job training.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and assets.
  • Oversee plumbing service operations and coordinate with subcontractors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Adhere to all guidelines related to ethics and quality assurance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required, with 3-5 years of management experience.
  • Relevant experience or advanced training may substitute for education.
  • Understanding of the permitting process in the Kansas City Metro area.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards.
  • Strong supervisory, computer, and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
