Role Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic educational setting. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with various speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech and language disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and assessments.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure student success.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions for students, adapting to their unique needs and learning styles.
  • Track and document student progress, utilizing data-driven approaches to inform instruction and treatment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to enhance student outcomes, promoting a culture of inclusivity and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Texas state licensure or eligibility, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is a plus, demonstrating expertise in the field.
  • Prior experience in a school environment, with a proven track record of success in supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
