Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients with physical, psychological, and cognitive challenges to determine the potential benefits of speech therapy.
  • Oversee the work of Speech Language Pathologist Assistants and Clinical Fellows, ensuring patient care aligns with individual needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians and caregivers to develop and assess personalized care plans.
