Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Actively manage customer accounts and orders to ensure timely and successful service deliveries. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues and delays.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and profitability. Provide value-added service and consistently deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Internal and Special Projects: Contribute expertise to improve systems and tools as part of project teams or testing groups. Utilize skillset for specialized roles/teams and handle complex accounts.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree required or equivalent work experience in customer support environment.
  • Experience: Proven customer service experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. Experience in a distribution or chemicals, plastics environment a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency with MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) preferred. SAP or other ERP systems and Salesforce experience a plus.
