Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our laboratory and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate the resolution of deviation issues, preparing paperwork for shipping of samples to external laboratories and monitoring pending results for quick turnaround.
  • Maintain the shelf-life program and submissions, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Function as a deviation specialist, communicating submission issues to customers and handling deviated samples in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; undergraduate degree with courses in science preferred.
  • Functional capacity as a team builder and team participant, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Above-average decision-making, customer service, and resolution skills, with the ability to handle multiple situations and tasks simultaneously.
  • Good application of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Competence in software literacy, including LIMS and Microsoft Office.
