Job Title: Payroll HCM Implementation Specialist

At HR Butler, we are seeking a highly skilled Payroll HCM Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our clients' HCM/Payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze clients' current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement efficient solutions to streamline payroll and HR processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all payroll and HR systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; college degree and 2+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll, labor laws, benefit offerings, and payroll taxes (Fed, State, and Local) is a plus.
